Kate was born in Helena, MT and has lived and worked in the state all of her life. For more than 35 years she has been involved in buying and selling real estate in Monana and in 1992 became a licensed real estate agent in Montana. Once licensed, Kate joined the Realtor organization on a local, state and national level. Kate has been a Broker for over 13 years and has earned the professional designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) GRI (Gradutate Realtor Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). In addition to real estate Kate has started, owned and operated several businesses in Bozeman, MT. Over the years Kate has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations including the Southwest Montana Building Association, Habitat for Humanity of Gallatin Valley and the Gallatin Association of Realtors.
